Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
Full-service orders arrive on our truck, are assembled on-site by our team before your ceremony starts, and are broken down and removed after your event. Delivery, setup and teardown are included on eligible San Antonio orders of $300 or more. Arches, flower walls, suspended pieces and other structural installations are quoted individually, and venues outside San Antonio carry their own travel, setup and minimum-order terms. Client pickup is available for eligible orders with a refundable deposit.

How much does wedding floral decoration cost in San Antonio?
Catalog pieces start at $39 for a single centerpiece and $895 for a floral chandelier, with arches and flower walls starting in the $345–$349 range. Those are starting prices: size, palette, installation and travel are priced in your proposal, so ask for a full-package quote for your combination.
Can you match our wedding color palette?
Yes — any arch, wall, or centerpiece can be custom-built in your palette with about two months' advance notice. Premade pieces in our current inventory can be booked as little as one day out.
Do you set everything up, or do we assemble it ourselves?
On a full-service booking we handle it start to finish — delivery, on-site setup before your ceremony, and breakdown after your event. That is included on eligible San Antonio orders of $300 or more; structural installations and venues outside San Antonio are quoted in your proposal, and client pickup is available for eligible orders with a refundable deposit.
Will fresh-looking faux flowers hold up outdoors in Texas heat?
Yes — every piece is faux, so it holds its shape and color through a full outdoor ceremony and reception, even in summer, unlike fresh flowers which can visibly wilt within hours.
How far do you deliver for weddings?
