1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry form, using our chat widget, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Flower Rent & Co provides premium faux floral rental services for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and other celebrations in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. Services include delivery, professional setup, and breakdown within our standard service area. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Reservations & Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event date.
• Dates are not held without a signed rental agreement and deposit on file.
• All prices are subject to change until a signed contract and deposit are received.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations forfeit the deposit in full, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation occurs.
• Cancellations received within 2 weeks of the event date forfeit the full contracted balance.
• Rescheduling to a new available date is permitted free of charge at any time, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal rescheduling requests are not binding.

5. Delivery, Setup & Breakdown

• All rentals include delivery, professional setup, and breakdown within our standard service area (up to 25 miles from San Antonio).
• Travel fees apply for venues more than 25 miles from San Antonio. Fees start at $200 and vary by distance and arrangement size.
• Client or venue representative must be available to grant access at the agreed-upon delivery time. Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional fees.
• Flower Rent & Co is not responsible for delays caused by venue access restrictions, vendor conflicts, or force majeure events beyond our control.

6. Damage & Loss

Renter is responsible for all rental items from time of delivery until pickup is complete. Accidental damage from normal event use is covered under a small damage waiver included in your rental agreement. The following scenarios are billed at replacement cost:

• Fire, water, or chemical damage to rental items
• Intentional destruction or vandalism
• Items not returned at pickup
• Damage requiring full replacement of a piece

We will document and photograph all rental items before delivery. Any damage or loss will be compared against those records. Replacement cost invoices are due within 14 days of the event.

7. Custom Orders

Custom color or style orders require a minimum of 8 weeks advance notice. Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once materials have been sourced. We will confirm custom order details in writing prior to sourcing materials.

8. SMS Communications

What You Agree To

• Receive SMS messages related to your rental inquiry, booking confirmation, and event logistics
• Receive occasional promotional SMS messages about new inventory and seasonal availability
• Accept that standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
• Provide a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. We will stop sending SMS messages within 24 hours of your opt-out request, except as required by law. To opt out by phone, call (210) 920-4003.

No Sharing of SMS Consent

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for communicating with you about your Flower Rent & Co rental.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, photography, and design — is the property of Flower Rent & Co or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Flower Rent & Co does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flower Rent & Co, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or rental items — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific rental in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flower Rent & Co and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including SMS consent data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
