It sets up in minutes and holds its shape through a full afternoon outdoors, which real greenery cut that morning simply can't do in Texas heat.

Our backdrop rental is modular — wooden arches and flower pillars that combine into whatever your welcome table or ceremony backdrop needs. For garden-style events we usually recommend leaning into the wooden-arch pieces and letting greenery do the work instead of dense floral coverage, since it reads as part of the landscape rather than a staged prop. A personalized vinyl sign is included on every backdrop rental.

Can I rent just the greenery arch without the full setup?

Absolutely — every piece in this collection can be booked individually. The greenery arch alone is $345 with no minimum order required for San Antonio-area deliveries.

How do you handle setup at outdoor or rural venues?

Our team is experienced with gravel drives, gated ranch properties, and uneven ground. We'll ask about your venue's specific access ahead of time and plan the delivery and setup accordingly, so nothing is a surprise on the day.

How far in advance should I book a garden-style setup?

Premade pieces can be booked as little as one day before your event. If you want a custom color mix or a larger multi-piece package, plan on reaching out at least two months ahead.

Can you customize the greenery and floral mix?

Yes — we can adjust the greenery density, add accent blooms, or shift the palette to match your venue and season. Custom builds need about two months' advance notice.
