By booking with Flower Rent & Co, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Reservations & Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event.
- Dates are not held without a signed contract and deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations forfeit the deposit.
- Rescheduling to a new available date is free of charge at any time.
- Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event forfeit the full balance.
Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
- All rentals include delivery, professional setup, and breakdown within our standard service area.
- Travel fees apply for venues more than 25 miles from San Antonio. Fees start at $200 and vary by distance and arrangement type.
- Access to the venue must be available at the agreed upon delivery time. Delays beyond our control may result in additional fees.
Damage & Loss
Renter is responsible for any damage or loss of rental items during the event. Replacement costs will be invoiced if items are returned damaged or not returned.
Custom Orders
Custom color or style orders require a minimum of 8 weeks advance notice. Custom orders are non-cancellable once materials have been sourced.
Limitation of Liability
Flower Rent & Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental items.
