Getting married outside San Antonio proper doesn't rule us out — we deliver well beyond city limits, with a straightforward fee structure for longer trips.

We serve San Antonio, New Braunfels, Austin, Boerne, Canyon Lake, and surrounding areas up to 120 miles from San Antonio.

Real travel fees

San Antonio delivery orders have a $300 minimum. Delivery and installation details are confirmed in your proposal. Beyond San Antonio, a travel fee applies and is quoted individually with your proposal based on distance, the pieces you book, and setup complexity; we don't publish a flat rate because it genuinely varies. Order minimums also step up by distance: $1,000 for 25-50 miles, $1,750 for 50-100 miles, and $2,500 for 100-120 miles.

Why the distance-based fee

Full-service proposals include delivery, setup, and pickup — a full-service model that a mail-order faux flower company doesn't offer. The travel fee covers the extra drive time and logistics of servicing venues well outside the city, while still delivering the same complete setup and breakdown experience.

What "full-service" means at distance

Even for an out-of-area event, you're still getting the same deal as an in-town booking: no returns, nothing to ship, nothing to pack up yourself. Our team delivers, sets up, and picks everything up after your event — unlike ordering faux flowers online and handling the arranging (and returns) yourself.
